I’m giving this 5 stars mostly because the dosage notes and reconstitution steps were actually simple to understand. I’m not exactly a pro with this kind of thing, so I usually assume I’ll have to reread everything a few times, but the mixing info was laid out clearly. The order went smoothly too, no issues or surprises. I’d probably use simplepeptide again if I end up needing more.

"Easy to find, no nonsense"
The lab tests were actually easy to find and not hidden somewhere on the site like some annoying little treasure hunt. Overall, it turned out fine. My order went through without any issues, and I appreciated that the billing name was discreet. The site itself was easy enough to use, so no complaints there. I’m giving it 3 stars because after I paid, I didn’t really get many updates and had to keep checking on the status myself. Nothing awful happened, but clearer order tracking would’ve made the experience better.

the tracking was kinda all over the place. it looked like my package was stuck for days with no updates, and then it suddenly showed up. the order did arrive, so that was fine, but the tracking made the whole thing a little confusing.

"Shipping was fine, just not very quick"
I ordered from simplepeptide.com the shipping was just kind of okay. Not bad or anything, but I did think it would be a little faster??
The tracking took a couple days to update, so I was sitting there wondering if it had even shipped yet?? Once it finally started moving, everything seemed normal.

The package arrived in decent shape, so I don’t really have any big complaints. I just wish the delivery timing had been faster or at least a bit more clear??

I used a promo code on simplepeptide.com and it did knock a little off my order, but not as much as I was hoping for. Checkout was easy enough and I didn’t run into any real problems, but some of the deal hunting felt kind of unnecessary when the discount ended up being so small. I’d probably be more impressed if they had clearer offers or more codes that actually worked. Overall, average experience for me

I ended up having to use the replacement policy because my order arrived with an issue. To be fair, they did replace it, which I appreciate, but I wish it hadn’t taken as long as it did. There were more back-and-forth emails than I expected, and I kind of regretted not looking into how the process worked beforehand. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just average overall. It would’ve been much better if the whole thing had been simpler.
